The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.330 of 2020 arising out of Koilwar P.S. Case No.51 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. From the motorcycle of the petitioner, 55 litres of country made liquor made of Mahua was recovered and for that, the petitioner is in jail since 18.02.2020. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Bhojpur at Ara in
