The show cause has been filed by the opposite party no. 2 with specific reference to paragraph-4 to show that a calendar has now been issued with respect to the examination

5/5 and further in view of the resolution of the General Administration Department, Bihar, Patna, the Bihar Staff Selection Commission is conducting the examination. It is further categorical statement of the learned State Counsel that all those persons who were empanelled in the District of Aurangabad, their cases have already been referred to the Bihar Staff Selection Commission for the needful and as such, the contention of the petitioner that they are ineligible to apply is unfounded.

In view of the said fair submission put forward by the learned State Counsel, no further order needs to be passed in the contempt petition.

Accordingly, the same stands disposed of.

If the petitioners are still aggrieved, they have liberty to file fresh writ petition in this regard.
