The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Session Trial No. 556/2022, (Arising out of Suppi P.S. Case No. 07 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act and section 3/4 of the Explosive Act.

The petitioner is one of the dacaoit who had committed dacaoti. He has four similar nature of antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner stands rejected forthwith.
