The present modification application has been filed for correction in the order dated 13.05.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18838 of 2020, which occasioned on account of typing error in the bail petition itself, as instead of satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Jamui, it was wrongly typed as learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Excise, Lakhisarai.
