The petitioner seeks bail in Brahmpura P.S. Case No. 273 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. His name has been disclosed by co-accused Anand Bharti. The alleged camera of Canon company has been recovered from possession of co-accused Anand Bharti. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that First Information Report is against unknown.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67799 of 2018(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Brahmpura P.S.
