Mr. Sri Dashrath Mehta ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-12-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Morhowrah P.S.Case No. 468 of 2017 registered under Section 394 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation is of snatching of informant's motorcycle by some unknown miscreants. Petitioner is not named in the FIR but later on, his name has been transferred during investigation. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement, there is nothing against him. Neither T.I.P. has been held nor any recovery has been made from his possession and he is in custody since 23.01.2018. So far as other cases are concerned, petitioner is on bail in those cases.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68599 of 2018(2) dt.03-12-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 468 of 2017 with condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
