09-04-2021 The matter is placed through video conferencing. The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 22.03.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 4385 of 2021. By the said order, the petitioner has been granted bail by this Court. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that due to inadvertence, in the bail petition, instead of "Sessions Trial No. 95 of 2021", it was wrongly typed as Sessions Trial No. 320 of 2019. Similarly, in place of "court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge IV, Supaul", it was wrongly typed as court of Sessions Judge, Supaul and thus, same errors have occurred in the order dated 22.03.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 4385 of 2021, whereby bail was granted to the petitioner. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25162 of 2021(2) dt.09-04-2021 2/2 dated 22.03.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 4385 of 2021 is modified to the extent that in place of Sessions Trial No. 320 of 2019, it may be read as "Sessions Trial No. 95 of 2021" and similarly, in place of Sessions Judge, Supaul, it may be read as "Additional District and Sessions Judge IV, Supaul". Accordingly, the order dated 22.03.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 4385 of 2021 stands modified, as indicated above, and this petition is allowed.
