ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 23.9.2011 by which the warrant of arrest has been issued against the Petitioner as also an order dated 17.1.2012 by which they have been declared absconder in Guraru P.S. Case No. 24 of 2011 on the ground that in Paragraph-73, the Police had opined that the allegations were false.

I am unable to appreciate the contention raised on behalf of the Petitioner.
