Counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No TIP has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The name of petitioner has been disclosed by a co-accused, Rahul Kumar, in his confessional statement. He has clean antecedents. He is in custody since 20.07.2018.
