Petitioners seek bail in Khiri More P.S. Case No.01 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 427, 436 Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the CLA Act. Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the First Information Report.

In the written report, it is alleged that in the night of 5/6.01.2019 at about 1.00 AM (night), some unknown persons have put the JCB Machine on fire.

During investigation, police arrested these petitioners on suspicion and confessional statement of petitioner No.1 was recorded.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22200 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 Petitioner are in custody since 18.01.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Khiri More P.S.
