JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being father and married sister of the husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,498A,354,379,504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The basic accusation is of torture and making assault to the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no injury report on record. It is further submitted that the accusation is omnibus and general in nature and now the informant has retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.

No.47916 of 2014 (3) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Birpur in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 181 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
