Singh, GA-2 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 From the show cause filed by the respondents, it is seen that they have taken action and passed certain orders with regard to settlement of the claim of the petitioner and in para No. 5 details of payment to the petitioner have been indicated : " That it is submitted that Provident Fund amount Rs.2,76,339/- has been paid and deposited in the savings account bearing no.30313991334 of the petitioner and a sum of Rs.2,00,275/- has been paid through Bank Draft No.134828 dated 22.05.2014. therefore, the order of the Hon'ble Court has been complied with."

Patna High Court MJC No.2338 of 2015 (4) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 That being so, now no further indulgence is called for in this contempt application It is further reported that petitioner has expired on 14.5.2016.

If that be so, and if the legal heirs of the original petitioner Mr. Ashish Kumar Jha, have any grievance still subsisting, they shall have liberty to claim it afresh in accordance with law.
