The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 24.10.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No.41550 of 2016. For the reasons stated in the modification application, let the time fixed for surrender in the order dated 24.10.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No.41550 of 2016 be extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

It is made clear that if the petitioner does not surrender in the court below within the period aforementioned, the anticipatory bail granted in favour of the petitioner, vide order dated 24.10.2016 in Cr.Misc. No.41550 of 2016, shall stand revoked automatically.

The modification application stands allowed.
