2. On 31.08.2023, in Cr. Misc. No. 45176 of 2023, three weeks' time was granted to remove the defects. As it was peremptory order, the same stood dismissed on 21.09.2023.

3. Now, restoration petition has been filed and considering the statement made in paragraph-3 and learned APP, Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh do not opposes, the restoration petition is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. The Cr. Misc. No. 45176/2023 is restored to its original file subject to payment of Rs.500/- as stated above.

5. It is made clear that the original order of removing
