The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 16.07.2015 in Sessions Trial No. 21 of 2015/39 of 2015 arising out of Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 13 of 2013 passed by Additional Sessions Judge IV, Jehanabad by which the learned Court below took cognizance under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to raise all the points before the Trial
