JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The recovery of firearms was made from possession of co-accused Dhiraj, who has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. So far as petitioner is concerned, nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession and he does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S.Case No. 158 of 2016.
