There was persistent demand of rangdari from the informant over his mobile and further, the miscreants also raided the shop in order to terrorize him. Presence of petitioner happens to be not inculpatory extra-judicial confessional statement of co-accused Anil Shah.

That being so, petitioner Budhan Thakur is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Majorganj P.S.
