JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail on 30.03.2017, but in the bail petition, in the Cause Title, the District mentioned in the address of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as Supaul in place of Saharsa, for which necessary permission was accorded and accordingly, the same was corrected in the petition.

In view of the above submission, the District mentioned in the Cause Title of the order dated 30.03.2017 be read as "Saharsa" in place of "Supaul".

Accordingly, the order dated 30.03.2017 is rectified to the extent above.
