The petitioner, who is in custody since 23.12.2019, seeks bail in connection with Bihar Police Station Case No. 246 of 2019 dated 20.04.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959. The informant and the petitioner are related to each other. As the allegation stands in the F.I.R., the petitioner is said to have fired at the informant causing injuries on his chest. Another accused persons is also alleged

Mr. Binay Mistry, learned Advocate contends that there is no injury on the person of the informant and without there being injury, the petitioner has been charge-sheeted in this case.

Regard being had to the fact that there is no injury to the informant and the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar Police Station Case No. 246 of 2019. The petition stands allowed.
