2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Sections 304(B) / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of 'Dowry Death'.

4. Petitioner no. 1 & 4 are Gotani, petitioner no. 2 & 3 are Bhaisur, petitioner no. 5 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 6

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26199 of 2024(4) dt.27-06-2024 2/2 is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation. As a matter of fact, the deceased committed suicide by hanging. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody since 23.09.2023. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.

6. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Mohania, District - Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 364 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
