2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 368, 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., during patrolling, a stolen mini truck with fake registration number, loaded with coal, was recovered. Petitioner is alleged to be owner of the seized mini truck.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner was neither apprehended on the spot nor he is owner of the seized vehicle. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
