JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Eleven litres of country-made liquor was recovered from the possession of this petitioner at the railway platform.

Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 27.10.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
