Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead Commandant-63 B.N C.R.P.F., Muzaffarpur as respondent no.5.
From the record it appears that petitioner has been appointed as a constable in C.R.P.F. who was posted at Muzaffarpur but on deputation he was posted at N.D.R.F. at Gandhi Nagar, Gujrat. He has taken leave and subsequently fallen ill. He does not want to serve C.R.P.F. or paramilitary force and he has sent his resignation letter. It appears from the counter affidavit that his services have been repatriated in C.R.P.F. Muzaffarpur.
Patna High Court CWJC No.12376 of 2013 (6) dt.23-09-2016 In such view of the matter, the Commandant, C.R.P.F. Muzaffarpur is directed to consider his resignation letter and will act in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
