The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that the petitioner is that he fired upon the informant on his head, due to which he sustained injuries. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The nature of injury is said to be simple and caused by hard and blunt substance. Hence, no offence under Section 307 of the I.P.C. is made out.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, District West Champaran in connection with Yogapatti P.S. case No.555 of 2018.
