The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 175 of 2019 dated 12.11.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant has alleged that his daughter was kidnapped by the petitioner. It further appears from the bail petition that the victim was recovered who has disclosed in her 164 statement that she has married the petitioner on his insistence. The victim has but disclosed her age to be 15 years.

Mr. Manoj Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that when the victim was

The petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2019. Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 175 of 2019.
