The petitioner is in custody in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 502 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.12.2018. He further submits that petitioner was remanded in this case from Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 641 of 2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than four months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two
