The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018 registered under Sections 409, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 13(2) and 13(1)(a) of the P.C. Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated several co-accused have already been allowed bail by different benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 4615 of 2019, 60495 of 2019 and 76945 of 2019 on 27.03.2019, 25.09.2019 and 18.12.2019 respectively, as contained in Annexure-3 series to the bail application.

No.31782 of 2021(2) dt.28-02-2022 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Vigilance North Bihar at Muzaffarpur in connection with Vigilance P.S.; Case No. 56 of 2018/Special Case No.26 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
