Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maigra P.S. Case No. 28 of 2016 registered under Sections212/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 17 C.L.A. Act. It is alleged that petitioner was going to paste banner of extremists. On raid petitioner was apprehended with one red colour banner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a egg-shopkeeper and due to politics he has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri G.N. Dubey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Maigra P.S. Case No. 28 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
