The petitioner seeks bail in Mejorgunj P.S.Case No.342/18 registered under Sections 272, 273 of I.P.C. and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Liquor prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation is of recovery of 27 litres of Nepali Saufi liquor kept in bag from the motor cycle of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is of false implication of the petitioner. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody for three months. Heard the learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-II-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67730 of 2018(2) dt.29-11-2018 2/2 cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in Mejorgunj P.S.Case No.342/18 subject to the condition that bailors of the petitioner shall be of local having sufficient immovable properties.
