JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 14-10-2020 Heard the parties through the virtual court proceeding. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.182/20 arising out of Chowk P.S. Case No. 229 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67(A) of I.T. Act. By order dated 20.11.2019, the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected. Now the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a fresh bail application but there is no new ground in the present bail application.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.182/20 arising out
