This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Simri P.S. Case No.345 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 351(2), 352, 303(2) and 109 of the B.N.S. 2023. 3.
The petitioner is accused of causing injury to the son of the informant. He is in custody since 08.01.2025. 4.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to compensate the victim and the informant for the expenses incurred over their treatment without accepting his guilt.

Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail. 6.
Considering the entire facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20717 of 2025(3) dt.12-05-2025 2/2 circumstances of the case and also the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this bail application is allowed. 7.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar / concerned Court below, in connection with Simri P.S. Case No.345 of 2024, subject to the condition that he will cooperate in the trial and will appear himself or through his lawyer on the date fixed in the trial.

At the time of furnishing the bail bonds, the petitioner shall produce a demand draft of Rs.25,000/- prepared in the name of the informant. If the petitioner produces the aforesaid demand draft, the Court below shall accept his bail bonds and hand over the said demand draft to the informant. 9.
This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Simri Police Station, District- Buxar on first and third Sunday of every month, failing which, his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the trial Court. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
