A preliminary objection has been raised by the respondents that the writ application seeking relief against the Managing Committee of Indu Tapeshwar Singh Mahila College, Bikramganj, Rohtas is not maintainable. He relies in this regard on two orders passed in respect of the same College copies whereof have been handed in by Mr. Tej Bahadur Singh which have been taken on record and marked 'X' and 'Y' for identification. He also relies on a Full Bench judgment of this Court since reported in 1987

Patna High Court CWJC No.19063 of 2010 (3) dt.09-01-2015 P.L.J.R. 964.

Mr. Singh, Counsel for the petitioner, after making some submissions, states that the petitioner, instead of pressing this application, would approach once again the respondent Principal Secretary, Government of Bihar for redressal of his grievance.

The writ application is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty aforesaid.
