SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-03-2015 Petitioner, who took voluntary retirement while serving as Medical Officer in Additional Primary Health Centre, Hatbariya, Pipra, DistrictSupaul with effect from 15.09.2009, has filed this writ petition praying, inter alia, to direct the authorities to release his retiral dues as according to the petitioner he having put in service of 21 years, 5 months is entitled for grant of pension, other terminal dues. 2.

By filing counter affidavit authorities have informed that pay-slip for

Patna High Court CWJC No.1257 of 2011 dt.27-03-2015 2/2 payment of G.P.F. amount has been issued with up-to-date interest. The counter affidavit does not disclose about payment of other retiral dues including pension.

3. In the circumstances, I dispose of the writ petition permitting the petitioner to represent before Director, Health Services claiming pension as according to the petitioner he has put in more than 20 years of service and is entitled for pension, Director Health Services shall consider the representation of the petitioner for payment of pension, pass appropriate order, ensure compliance of his order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the representation annexing a copy of this order.
