The present application seeks quashing of the F.I.R. of Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 473 of 2013 registered for offence punishable under Section 315 of the Indian Penal Code.
A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State in which the chargesheet submitted against the petitioner has been brought on record.
Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the application to enable him to place his defence before the Court
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1161 of 2014 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2/2 concerned during trial.
