A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State. It has been contended that primarily the case appears to be arising out of a civil dispute and the police are conducting the investigation of the case in a proper and sensitive manner.
Looking into the nature of allegation as well as facts and circumstances of the case, I find no merit in the present application. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
