1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case was taken up on 20.07.2023 when a prayer was made for withdrawing the anticipatory bail application and permission was accorded but from perusal of the order dated 20.07.2023, it manifests that inadvertently it has been recorded that notices be issued to opposite party no. 2 and the case was directed to be fixed on 16.08.2023 and in the meantime it was further directed that there shall be no coercive action against the petitioner.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 20.07.2023 is hereby recalled and as such the anticipatory bail application is permitted to be withdrawn in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25461 of 2023(3) dt.24-07-2023 2/2 Judicial Magistrate-VII, Darbhanga/successor Court, in the light of the compromise arrived at in between the petitioner and the informant.

4. The anticipatory bail application is permitted to be withdrawn.
