ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed provisional anticipatory bail by this Court by an order dated 26.5.2015. In the nature of dispute between the Parties, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 but none appears on her behalf despite service of notice.

Considering the merits of the case Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 26.5.2015 passed by this Court, is hereby, confirmed on the same terms.
