Petitioners being parents of the husband of the informant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 307, 323, 341, 354, 376, 504, 34 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is of torture by way of mental assault. It is alleged that brother of the husband of the informant tried to establish forceful physical relationship with the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is not specific against these petitioners and earlier a complaint was also filed with similar accusation which ultimately ended into compromise. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
