JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 39 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 489(B), 489(C) of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no case is made out under Section 489(B) of the Indian Penal Code and so far as Section 489(C) is concerned, that is bailable and the petitioner has been languishing in judicial custody for about eight months.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that huge amount of fake currency has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

No.55004 of 2016 (5) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the fact that the huge amount of fake currency has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and also huge amount of fake currency has been recovered from other co-accused persons, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner, the privilege of regular bail, it is accordingly rejected.

However, the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail, once the charges are framed in this case, in the court below itself and the court below shall dispose of the same on the merit of the case, without being prejudiced by the order of this Court. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunil/- U
