2. The petitioner superannuated from the post of Accountant on 31.10.2016 from J. P. University, Chapra.

3. Being aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in not according the Group Insurance amount with 12.5% compound interest, the petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court by filing the present writ petition.

4. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the J.P. University, duly sworn by the Registrar. Categorical averments have been made that all the retiral benefits, including Group Insurance amount to the tune of Rs.3,04,779/- (including 12.5% compound interest) have been paid to the petitioner.

5. In view of the categorical averments made in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6114 of 2024(3) dt.21-10-2024 2/2 counter affidavit, this Court finds that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
