JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2016 A second supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State annexing therewith notification nos.279 and 280, both dated 12.04.2016, by which the cadre rules including promotional avenues have been duly notified by the State. That was the grievance of the petitioner. He had been working for over 15 years in an undefined cadre, which has no promotional avenues.

Thus, the primary grievance of the petitioners has been redressed, though it has taken over five years and, during the period, the petitioners have retired without getting the benefits of

Patna High Court CWJC No.22818 of 2011 (16) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 cadre rules and the promotional avenues provided therein for the first time.
