JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner is said to have given one Khanti blow causing head injury to the informant. The occurrence appears to have taken place on account of dispute of drainage. There is case and counter case between the parties.

No doubt, the informant appears to have sustained grievous injury but only single blow of hard and blunt substance is said to have been given to the informant by the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.07.2016 and he does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42559 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S.Case No. 90 of 2016.
