The petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.10.2018 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner, one country made pistol was recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that merely on the basis of the suspicion, the petitioner has been roped in the present case and investigation has already been concluded. Though, the petitioner is accused in one another case but he is on bail in that case.

Learned APP submits that the recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner.

Case No. 482 of 2018.
