The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Patory P.S. case No.335 of 2016 under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b) A, 35 of the Arms Act.

The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that they, having armed with different weapons, including rifle, came and assaulted the informant and his family members.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a counter version. No fire arm injury was found on the informant and other injured persons got simple injuries as abrasion. The occurrence took place due to land dispute.

No.10476 of 2017 (2) dt.15-03-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in Patory P.S.
