2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barhara/Barhara Kothi P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 364, 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and his wife are said to have kidnapped three year old boy and killed him. The dead body has been recovered when the wife of the petitioner was found concealing it. The weapons used in the killing of the deceased have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
