Petitioner seeks bail in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 502 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25 (1-b) A/26/35 Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that one loaded country made pistol has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. He is in custody since 17.05.2018. It has been further submitted that the co-accused with similar allegation has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58250 of 2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69404 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 502 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
