The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 99 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 448, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation of indiscriminate assault by the petitioners upon the informant and her family members. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that parties are agnates and the scuffle was borne out of a trivial dispute regarding electrical connection. The petitioners have no

Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for pre-arrest bail. It is submitted that injury report shows injuries on the body of the victims. Petitioners are named accused persons.

Considering the rival submissions, this Court is not inclined to allow petitioners' prayer for grant of anticipatory bail. The same is rejected.
