The petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2018 for the offence registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 16.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36666 of 2018 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after three months. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already undergone in custody for more than 7 months as of today and, therefore, he may be extended the privilege of bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67659 of 2018(3) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 the case and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Rail Danapur P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018.
