The present application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Kartahan P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015 registered on 15.10.2015 with the accusation under sections 498A and 313 IPC and sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act pending in the court of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur.

Learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly submits that investigation has concluded and Final Report (chargesheet) has already been submitted.
