JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the institution of a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act against the petitioner is a result of matrimonial dispute between the parties which has since been resolved. He has stated that the petitioner and Opposite party no.2 have started living together.

No.48675 of 2014 (2) dt.30-04-2015 In view of the submission as above, let petitioner above named in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in complaint case No. C1242/2014 (Tr.
